Shipping & Returns

Delivery Charges


We currently deliver to the majority locations trough out  the UK. Our delivery charge is £7.99 to England,Wales and south of Scotland for orders up to 20kgs. Orders above 20 kgs pay an extra 50p per kg. Deliveries may take 2 to 5 days depending on stock availability and day of the week.We deliver every Tuesdays and Thursdays.Orders have to be submitted before by Monday Midnight and Wednesday Midnight.For other locations not mentioned above please contact us for more details. We use multiple couriers to deliver our orders. A tracking number and the courier company will be supplied when the order is shipped. In store pickup orders can be collected from our Knutsford Depot. Please await our email informing you that your order is ready for pickup.

Free Delivery is available on all orders over £150.


Tracking Your Order

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, our couriers website and delivery date.


Delivery


We can deliver to your home or place of work. Delivery to residential addresses is usually between 9am and 6pm. Delivery to business addresses is usually between 9am and 5pm. When you reach the checkout stage, it is essential that you provide an alternative delivery instruction, such as "leave with neighbour" or "leave  in porch". Be as specific as possible and remember to check with your neighbour if applicable. 


Orders containing alcohol will be clearly marked (with an “18” label), and our courier will only leave such items with an adult over the age of 18 years. You may be required to provide identification in order to sign for deliveries containing alcohol.


Perishable Goods


Perishable goods are chilled items and will be marked as “perishable” in their product description. They are shipped in insulated containers with a chill pack. You should refrigerate perishable items as soon as they are delivered. If you have asked someone to accept delivery on your behalf you must advise the recipient that the package may contain perishable goods and should be placed in a fridge or freezer (depending on items ordered) as soon as possible. Deliveries containing chilled or perishable goods are marked “Perishable” for your convenience. Orders containing perishable food, once dispatched, must not be rescheduled by the recipient lest the cold-chain be disrupted and your chilled products become impaired.  Please ensure that the items you order are picked up the day of first delivery. If you can't make it home we can deliver to a workplace, neighbour's or friend’s/family’s house. Please inform them that the products will need immediate freezing. We cannot be held responsible if items are missed and they spoil.


Customer Cancellations


You may cancel your order (by phone, email or in writing) any time from the moment you place it, up to seven working days from the day after you receive your goods. Please quote your order reference when cancelling. If your order has been dispatched you must return the goods to us, at your expense, before we will issue a refund. We can arrange to have our courier collect the goods from you for a fee of £7.99 (up to 20kg) plus a Carriage Forward charge of £3 (£10.99 total), which we will deduct from the total of your refund. Items should be packaged in the same or similar packaging in which they were dispatched to you. If you choose to return your goods via an alternative delivery service you must send us the delivery documentation or information, such as a receipt and a relevant tracking number. In the event of cancellation in accordance with these terms a full refund will be made.The right to cancellation does not apply to goods which are perishable. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Defective Goods and Returns


You must inspect the goods upon receipt. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your goods please contact us promptly and we will issue a full refund. We may request to collect the faulty items from you in order to send them to the manufacturer or a third party for inspection. You must retain the spoiled items and all packaging for at least 5 business days after you have informed us of any breakage. Please note that perishable items must be consumed by the ‘Use By’ date indicated on the packaging.
